"We started losing water periodically starting Sunday, then our water crashed entirely on Tuesday. I started troubleshooting and replaced the corroded pressure switch on Wednesday, but we were still basically without water 98% of the time, and I feared it was the pump or pump wiring. I called Kickapoo Drilling Company on Thursday morning, the office answered immediately, and they promised someone would be out in the afternoon. The office followed up with a call letting me know exactly when the technician would arrive. Cody Wheat from Kickapoo Drilling arrived at 4:30 p.m., and despite the cold rain immediately set to work diagnosing the problem. Our submersible pump needed replacement. He went right to work replacing the pump. He also took time to tune the flow to keep the pump from cycling too often. He worked diligently from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in cold soaking November rain and wind. Our house water system has never run so great. Thank you to Cody Wheat and everyone else at Kickapoo Drilling Company. The price was much better than we expected for an evening well pump replacement the same day we called. Kickapoo offers a 2% discount if you pay within ten days, so we went to their office. Everyone there was very nice, and the office dog is a sweetie."
