"I was experiencing water on my basement floor in close proximity to my water pressure tank. Mark and his team came out to my home and diagnosed that I had a water leak from an underground pipe. Later, four of his team members came out and dug down, located and fixed the leak. They were very kind and explained to me exactly what they were going to do. They did a fantastic job. A++! "Kickapoo replaced my well pump which they installed 21 years ago, they were the same as I remember very easy to deal with and great prices. The two guys came and in an hour or two we were back with water, I can’t say enough about the two guys that came, they were very polite and informative. They both gave suggestions on what could give up a better water pressure in the future, taking the time to explain how the system works and how they could improve it..... not a sales pitch just honest opinions on improvement. I could not be happier with their services!"
